    Chief Executive Officer

    In addition to his management responsibilities, Jeff is a respected digital marketing strategist who is frequently called upon to speak about the evolving role of the internet and digital marketing in the global marketplace. He actively participates in client engagements to provide strategic insight and help maximize client returns.

    Prior to co-founding Oasis in 2001, Jeff was an Assistant Vice President at Fleet Capital where he managed financial transactions such as buyouts, acquisitions, turnarounds and recapitalizations. Jeff received his MBA from Cornell University’s Johnson School of Management, where he was a Weil Fellow. Jeff also earned a BA in neuroscience from Hamilton College.

    Chief Technology Officer

    Nick is proof that an executive does not have to give up his craft. To be honest, he’s too good for us to let him stop coding. In fact, he’s been recognized by Mass High Tech as one of the area’s top programmers. Additionally, he and his colleague Mark Graber were recognized as two of the 20 Sitecore Most Valuable Professionals for 2010 in the Sitecore developer community - a network of over 10,000 active community members.     As a co-founder and principal of Oasis, Nick provides extensive technology management and over 12 years of development experience. Nick has first hand experience architecting and developing world-class web applications using a variety of technologies. Nick’s roots are in web development with particular expertise with .Net, Cold Fusion, ASP, JSP, MS SQL and Oracle. Nick believes in a strong bond between creative and technology and holds it as a prime directive for his team.

    Prior to joining Oasis Technology Partners, Laidlaw was a co-founder of PlanitLink.com, a web-based collaboration platform employing intelligent calendaring and planning software. Nick served as that company’s CTO, and was ultimately responsible for all technology development and deployment considerations. He also played a major role in presenting Planitlink.com’s technology to investors and clients, resulting in successful fund raising and solidifying relationships with numerous national organizations.

    Prior to PlanitLink, Nick spent three years at Vacation.com where he was the Head of Web Development. Vacation.com is a nationwide network of over 8,500 travel agencies featuring more than 24,000 agents dedicated to providing consumers with the finest in vacation packages, cruises, tours and all types of leisure travel services. Nick assisted in developing the company’s core products while managing and building the engineering team.

    Nick has his BS in Computer Engineering from Hamilton College.

  • Robert Naughton

    Robert Naughton

    Chief Digital Officer

    Bob is the Chief Digital Officer for Oasis. Bob leads all strategic direction for the company's overall client and network partners’ initiatives as well as managing the company’s relationships with companies like Saatchi & Saatchi, MRM Worldwide and Goodby, Silverstein and Partners . In addition, Bob is responsible for consulting practices that address the potential impact of e-business on markets, industries, enterprises and business units. Prior to joining Oasis Technology Partners, Naughton worked for both the direct and channel sales divisions of Akamai Technologies in Cambridge, MA. His role included working directly with large Fortune 500 companies such as Covidien (formerly Tyco) and Corning, implementing edge technologies that enhance the delivery of web applications and content. In addition, his channel role enabled him to work extensively in establishing partnerships with Genuity and WorldCom. Bob has his BA in Literature from Hamilton College.

  • Mark Graber

    Mark Graber

    Vice President of Technology

    Mark provides Oasis with extensive technology consulting and over eight years of web development experience. He has particular expertise with .NET, Java, ColdFusion, Transact-SQL, XHTML/CSS design integrations, and web hosting. Mark has extensive experience with web content management systems, and he is a Sitecore Level 2 certified developer and Ektron certified developer. Mark and his colleague Nick Laidlaw were recently recognized as two of the 20 Sitecore Most Valuable Professionals for 2010 in the Sitecore developer community - a network of over 10,000 active community members.     Since Oasis provides dedicated and shared managed hosting solutions for its clients, Mark leads the hosting operations, which include multiple servers, networks, firewalls, and operating systems at a top tier datacenter in Somerville, MA. The primary system supported is Windows 2008 Server with ASP.NET.

    Mark has a BA in Computer Science and Mathematics from Hamilton College.

  • Jason Fields

    Vice President of Account Services

       

    Jason has been with Oasis since 2009 and with nearly fifteen years of interactive service Jason offers a well-rounded and forward thinking vision of the industry to Agency Oasis. With components of design, development and experience architecture in his past he offers an expansive range of input on his accounts bringing together robust applications from start to finish.

    Prior to working with Oasis, Jason acted as an Interactive Producer with Boston Interactive, working with public and private companies and major Universities architecting intranet and public facing solutions for brand and marketing needs. Preceding that work, Jason was the Principal of Boston Shaker Media Design, where he focused on new business development, team management and Solution Architecture. This combined experience allows Jason sharp insights into relationships with the clients of Oasis; keeping their business goals, social strategies and marketing tactics forefront in planning, executing and delivery.

    In support of his industry work Jason holds a Faculty position with Emerson College instructing Masters Candidates on web design, development and maintenance prior to their matriculation.

    Jason holds a BA in Communication from UMass Amherst and a MA in Media Studies from New School University.

  • Mat Thomas

    Mat Thomas

    Creative Director

    Mat Thomas serves as Creative Director for Oasis, where he touches nearly every aspect of the agency's development projects to ensure the highest level of design consideration, brand cohesion, and experiential innovation. Mat directly leads a team of graphic artists and user experience professionals to conceptualize and design the digital brand experiences that Oasis produces. His approach to design development is highly collaborative, often integrating client-side stakeholders in brainstorm sessions and design critiques.

    Working out of Oasis' San Francisco location, Mat is responsible for managing local operations including agency partnerships, client accounts, and talent resources. He has extensive experience in the industry and region, having been a founding principal of Digital Brewing Company (a full service agency) prior to joining the Oasis team. He has worked with B2B and B2C brands including Disney, Fox Sports Net, Constellation Wines, Tibco, Yahoo, The American Institute of Architects, and The California Association of Realtors. His thought leadership in the "luxury brands" and "AEC" industries have earned him speaking opportunities, including multiple invitations to the SMPS (Society for Marketing Professional Services) national conference.
