Technical Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of experience building Web sites using HTML/XHTML
• Ability to hand-code HTML, as well as familiarity with Visual Studio or similar HTML editing application
• General understanding of Web development technologies, information architecture, and the Web development process, including knowledge of limits and constraints of Web design and site usability
• General understanding of DNS
• Solid understanding of CSS and their application
• Javascript/DOM experience (Web form validation)
• Experience or strong desire to learn dynamic web development languages such as ASP.NET, JSP, or PHP
• Previous experience creating database-driven Web sites is a plus
• SQL Server or MySQL experience is a plus
• Web server administration experience is a plus, including user administration and IIS
