Agency Oasis helps Tauck with their "My Reservations – Self Service Functionality" and website migration

As a travel company, Tauck provides detailed trip itinerary information to its guests online. Oasis worked with Tauck to enhance their “My Reservation self-service functionality” which offered guests a way to check their reservation status and also provide required information before departing on a tour (passport info, airline info, emergency contact info, etc). This information was capture and integrated with Tauck’s CRM system.
