Mass Save, an initiative sponsored by Massachusetts’ gas and electric utilities and energy efficiency service providers, needed support to help in revamping and managing their website to provide key energy management information and services to residents and businesses. At the end of 2014, Mass Save decided to move to a new vendor. Mass Save realized they needed a partner with the right Sitecore expertise and technology background to realize their vision of an easy-to-use and highly informative website.

Agency Oasis' strategy team began with an in-depth AO Site Audit of Mass Save's current Sitecore platform. The team quickly identified several key areas of concern and provided insight for enhancement opportunities. They then developed detailed site visitor personas that better aligned Mass Save's marketing goals and website technologies with their key audiences. Out of this exercise, Agency Oasis implemented multi-language functionality and full site translation for two additional languages. Agency Oasis then provided strategic, industry best-practice content development by creating a blog to highlight customer experiences, enhancing the customer focus.
The new Mass Save website allows visitors to have a rich, informative, and easy to use online experience. The site features interactive online energy assessments, case studies, downloadable forms, equipment analysis tools, and partner resources.
